Store-bought crust base

This crust works well with all the suggested toppings : wild mushroom and herb, pesto chicken and rapini, prosciutto and truffle oil

Preparation : 10 minutes

Baking : 12 minutes



1. Place a pizza stone on the middle rack of the oven. Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C).

2. On a floured work surface, press the dough into a disc 10 in. (25 cm) in diameter.

3. Sprinkle a pizza board with the cornmeal and place the crust on it. Add the toppings of your choice.

4. Sprinkle the pizza stone with cornmeal. Slide the pizza onto the stone and cook in the oven for approximately 12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

5. Serve immediately.
