What’s more uninspiring than tomatoes in winter? On the flip side, when the sun-ripened heirloom varieties flash their festive colours and ripe, delectable flesh, they’re just about all we want to eat. I’ll let you imagine this profusion of tomatoes tamed by our hand-stretched artisanal pizza dough made with natural flour. An excellent accompaniment at cocktail hour: the base is dressed and the magic unleashed in under 10 minutes. Zero leftovers, guaranteed!
