Kale and Brussels sprout salad

Two cruciferous vegetables, kale and Brussels sprouts, are featured in a textured, slightly lemony mixture combining avocado and feta. Delicious!

Preparation : 20 minutes

Ingredients

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients.

2. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Let stand at room temperature for around 30 minutes before serving.
